ECO CHIC ensures service satisfaction when accompanied by recommended Aveda homecare.

Cell Phones
In consideration of other guests, please reduce the volume on your cell phones during your visit.

Arrival
Enjoy a cup of Aveda Comforting Tea by arriving 10 minutes prior to your service time.

Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when canceling appointment times to avoid a 50% service charge. Groups, Bridal Parties & Grad appointments must reserve appointments with a credit card or cash deposit.

Gratuities
It is customary to leave a 15% gratuity as they are not included in the service price.
